By downloading, accessing, or using the Briefly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
Briefly is a personal assistant application that allows you to record audio, receive transcriptions, and get AI-powered insights and answers based on your recordings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Briefly offers subscription-based premium features. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are displayed within the App and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App's settings. To cancel:
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time through your app store account settings or within the Briefly app settings.
You retain ownership of all content you create, record, or submit through Briefly. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We do not claim ownership of your recordings, transcriptions, or any insights generated from your content. All content remains your property.
You may delete your account at any time directly from within the Briefly app. When you delete your account:

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briefly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of Briefly after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Briefly will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
